Woo hoo! I know how frustrated you have been with your connection. Glad to see you speeding around the internet 😛

Me too, man what a relief to be able to load a page when I need to! 😉

I’m glad you got this solved. You are are at least fortunate that you have competing companies to work with. Isn’t that really bad business for Comcast to offer you a better deal ONLY after you went through all that? I am stuck with Charter because they have no competition here in the boonies except for AT&T which doesn’t give fast enough internet – god enough for email but not if you want to download something.

Yeah, pretty bad to wait til I’m canceling to offer me anything. It’s a drag when you are stuck with a company with no competition.

I haven’t been by your blog for awhile. I love the new design and must say that it’s much easier to read. Very nice! What a shame that Comcast failed to offer the customer service needed to retain you as a customer, then tried to coax you back once you made the move to a different service. When will they learn?! But I’m very happy that you now have fantastic service with lightening fast downloads and are saving money in the process!

Thanks Viki, I dreaded making the move. Going from a known to an unknown but it sure was worth it so far 😉

Does no one in the “service” industry read the books? Seems not, sometimes. A little attention can go such a long way.

So glad you’ve got it solved, my friend…

Yeah, I agree Barb. Timely attention to the problem would have been nice.
