Registration is open at LVSOnline until January 6, 2010. We offer two blogging classes, Blogging Basics with WordPress andBlogging for Fun, Fame and Fortune.

“WordPress is an incredibly powerful and free blogging platform that makes creating a basic blog fun and easy to create. But did you know that you can also use WordPress to power a fully functional web site? WordPress allows you to create pages, galleries, shopping carts and more, all in addition to its blog features. There are two ways of utilizing WordPress. The first is to let WordPress host your own blog for you at wordpress.com. The second way is to use WordPress’ free software on your web site. That gives you more flexibility, power and options but it does require some basic technical skills. WordPress is a great tool but blogging isn’t just about tools.

The classrooms are open! First lesson posts October 31st. You could join us in blogging classes, we have a basic one to help you set up a blog and define your topic and all that good stuff. Then we have Blogging for Fun, Fame and Fortune which is an advanced course and can really get you on your way. I assist in those. I’m taking a Javascript basics class this session also. Last one I took, Joomla, was a lot of fun.

It is 57 degrees here and that makes me sooo tempted to take the photography class…but wait! This is February! I think I’ll wait til the next one so I can find something more interesting to photograph than me feet 😀

If you ever wondered about the ins and outs of blogging this is the class for you. It really opened my eyes to a whole other world, namely all those social networking sites.

Bean is a great instructor and let me tell you that woman has some serious knowledge in that head of hers 😉 You will learn how to set up a blog, write effectively, network to get your blog noticed and have a lot of fun doing it!

Registration is open right now at LVS Online for this and many other excellent classes. I know because I’ve taken lots of them! Classes start on August 30th. I’m the new assistant and I hope to see you there.

at LVS Online. Maybe I’ll find something to talk about besides my lame mental health and stuff. I’ve taken a lot of classes there, html, css, tables, flash, actionscript, javascript, php, painter classes. I reckon I’m going to run out of interesting ones soon. This one looks like it’ll be a lot of fun though, lots of folks in it. They are really professional classes and best of all cheap! You should check them out 😉 Way back in the day, I took Bryce and Poser classes there. i was pretty lost before that. I had a whole page of Poser Bloopers on my website once. They were hilarious.
