1. How do I want the other person to feel about me after the interaction is over?
2. What do I have to do to get (or keep) this relationship?
Self-respect Effectiveness
Keeping or improving self-respect and liking yourself
- Respecting your own values and beliefs: acting in a way that makes you feel moral
- Acting in a way that makes you feel capable and effective
Questions
1. How do I want to feel about myself after the interaction is over?
2. What do I have to do to feel that way about myself? What will work?

Hi Anita love your blog found it via Barb’s blog <Over Coffee, anyway this is very interesting thanks for sharing it, ive sent it on to my daughter , i suffer from depression and am on disability also and have asthma , read the hookworm story lol but wont go there YUK anyhoo i decided to donate to your furnace fund as i figure if u share it when u can it comes back tenfold, so hope more people decide to give a little, Come on people the lady needs a furnace so lets dig deep………

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.
