Aunt Butchy could sew a straight line much better than me. I inherited  the quilt top and it was my job to make it fit a queen size bed and finish it all up.

When my mother passed I got her collection of old tea towel calendars. Melissa said “Make a quilt.” So I did and she got it for Christmas!

One day when I was browsing the web looking at digital art, I came across these awesome images but I had no idea how they did that! Fractals clearly but how? It didn’t take that much tracking it down. There is this really cool plugin for photoshop and geez, could it be any easier?

So I did my family and things. 😉

I’ll definitely be playing with this some more. I guess that means I should get out and take more pictures.
